The auction takes place in-game only. The website serves to provide you a reference to what is being offered on the evening. We will reference the collection throughout the night, ensure you have this available when participating.
You understand that if you are participating in the auction you agree to the rules & disclaimer(s) mentioned below. You understand that you are bidding on an individual's offerings, not the individuals themselves.
There are 10 individuals up for auction. Each individual presentation lasts just over 3 minutes.
Valid bid(s) are only taken from the start of the timer. Lock-in is handled through the auction host as they finalise the winning bid.
Phoenix Nights' takes 5% cut from all winning bids of the auction. This amount is allocated to staff expenditures & event spending.
Proxy Bidding
We allow bidding by proxy, where a bidder is bidding on behalf of someone. Whether this individual can't make it personally or is unavailable at the time during the event. Please declare this in your registration.

Rules & Disclaimers
General Rules
You must be at least 18 years old to place a bid. We encourage you to register yourself as a bidder prior to bidding so we can ensure we have a solid contact point. If you present incorrect information on the registration, we may request you to re-register or otherwise disqualify you. You are allowed to bid on multiple individuals. There is no limit. However, Phoenix Nights reserves the right to place limits upon individuals if deemed necessary. There is no bid maximum. Phoenix Nights' may cap this on a case by case basis where it may feel appropriate to do so. If your bid does not follow the increment increase, the bid will not qualify. All valid bids must be told clearly in /yell. If we are unable to determine a bid in /yell by case of punctuation or clarity - they will not qualify. If we find there is a contempt in fraud, or in case whereof you are not bidding with the interest of the individual that is offering - we may disqualify your bid. The auction host(s) & organisers have the final say on the qualified winning bid.
Multi-Bid Rules
You understand when bidding on a multi-bid individual you adhere to an additional set of constraints outlined below. Only the amount stated by the individual qualifies that amount of bidders. You may receive different offerings depending on the placement in the value of your bid if you qualify. Ensure you have read the offering clearly. Multi-bids are led by the "Crown" bid. This is the highest bid in the race. All new bids must be higher than the Crown bid in order to qualify into the race. Unless you already rank below the Crown bid and qualify as a result of the amount of bidders declared to qualify in this offering. If you bid below the Crown bid as a result of not qualifying in the top highest bidders yet. This bid is not counted. As stated above, you must place new bids higher than the Crown bid.
Disclaimer: Artists' & PNX Rights
Please keep in mind that you are bidding on individuals offering their services to you. Each individual reserves the right to withdraw their qualified bid for any reason. The well-being of all individual partaking in the auction is Phoenix Nights' highest priority. You understand that certain exclusions may apply and may need to be discussed including, but not limited to, taboo kinks, delivery constraints, etc. You agree that the services are strictly limited to the offer on auction should you win it. Phoenix Nights' also reserves the right to remove bids from participation at any point, and without warning.
Disclaimer: Behaviour
You commit yourself to being professional and polite to competitors bidding against you. You agree that the services are strictly limited to the offer on auction should you win it and you can not contest this. If you are found to be presenting yourself in a behaviour that does not align with our venue's rules, we reserve the right to disqualify you from the entirety of the auction.
Disclaimer: Winning a Bid
All bids are subject to qualification. Wherein a participant does not qualify, Phoenix Nights will qualify the next running up bid that qualifies. To qualify, we expect you to have registered. If you are unable to complete a registration after winning a bid we may disqualify your bid. If you are flagged under any banlists, we may also disqualify your bid as a result. Inappropriate behaviour during the auction may also disqualify your bid. All winning participants will be entered into a group chat on Discord with a representative from Phoenix Nights to discuss with the artist your winning bid should you qualify. We aim to connect you together within 48 hours from point of win. Upon receipt of a winning bid and full qualification. Phoenix Nights & the Artist(s) still reserve the right to cancel the offering in question for any reason. Upon which a refund will be processed.
Disclaimer: Payments
You must be able to complete any incurred payments as a result of bidding should you qualify. Auction payment is processed on the night via the mannequin system in-venue. You will be asked to provide Gil payment upon winning a bid, if you are unable to present payment - you will be disqualified from the entirety of the auction. Collection individuals will receive the payment of their qualified winning bid(s) through Phoenix Nights within 7 days unless arrangements have been made for extension. Phoenix Nights' may issue a refund where a bid may not qualify. If work(s) have been carried but not finished, a partial refund may be carried out on a case by case basis.
